Nine years. Six restaurants. And somehow, every opening still feels like the first. 🥹🩵

Today, we’re opening the doors to 21 Raw Bar for our soft opening, and I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am.

21 Raw Bar is our newest concept — an oyster restaurant with a seafood-forward focus, cold beer, and a whole lot of personality. 🦪🍺

When we moved to South Carolina nine years ago, we had no family here and no real idea yet of what Chef 21 Hospitality Group would become. Nine years and six restaurants later, looking back at everything it took to get here — the people, the lessons, the challenges, the late nights, and all the incredible support along the way — it’s a little surreal.

To everyone who has eaten with us, worked with us, followed along, told a friend about us, celebrated with us, or simply kept showing up — thank you. Truly. You are the reason we get to keep creating.

For us, 21 Raw Bar isn’t just another concept to check off the list.

The most exciting part is taking an idea and bringing it to life — finding its personality, creating something unique, watching it evolve, and hopefully watching another 21 concept grow and thrive.

And this time, we want you to be part of that process.

This week is our soft opening. The menu is limited. Seating is limited. We’re still tasting, tweaking, experimenting, and figuring out what 21 Raw Bar will ultimately become.
